Build the Future of Saudi Hosting

We're growing the Kingdom's first gaming and enterprise hosting platform — and we're looking for passionate people to grow with us.

Why Sphera?

Join a team building critical infrastructure from the ground up, right here in Saudi Arabia.

Build local infrastructure that powers gaming and enterprise across the Kingdom.

Take ownership early and grow your career as the company scales.

Work alongside engineers and operators who care deeply about their craft.

Your work ships fast and reaches customers across the MENA region.

Design, deploy, and operate the bare-metal and virtualization infrastructure powering Sphera's hosting platform.

Architect and build the software customers use to deploy and manage their infrastructure.

Monitor network and server health, respond to incidents, and keep our infrastructure running 24/7.

Learn carrier-grade networking hands-on — routing, peering, and data-center connectivity — alongside our infrastructure team.

Build real features across our cloud platform and ship them to production, with mentorship from senior engineers.

We're always looking for talented people. Send us your CV and we'll keep you in mind for future openings.
