Infrastructure Engineer

Design, deploy, and operate the bare-metal and virtualization infrastructure powering Sphera's hosting platform.
What you'll do
- Provision and operate virtualization clusters (KVM-based) and bare-metal servers across our KSA footprint
- Design for high availability, capacity, and ultra-low local latency
- Manage storage, backups, and disaster-recovery runbooks
- Automate provisioning with infrastructure-as-code (Ansible)
- Partner with NOC on capacity planning and incident response
What we're looking for
- Strong Linux systems administration — networking, storage, and performance
- Hands-on virtualization experience (KVM or similar hypervisors)
- Comfort with Ansible and scripting (Bash/Python)
- An ownership mindset and a steady hand under production pressure
Nice to have
- Ceph or ZFS experience
- Data-center / colocation background
- Familiarity with the KSA market
