NOC Operations Engineer

Monitor network and server health, respond to incidents, and keep our infrastructure running 24/7.

What you'll do

  • Monitor servers, network, and game-server health around the clock
  • Triage alerts, then coordinate and drive incident response
  • Run first-line diagnostics on connectivity, DDoS events, and outages
  • Maintain runbooks and keep communication clear during incidents
  • Work shifts as part of a 24/7 rotation

What we're looking for

  • Linux and networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, TCP/IP)
  • Calm, methodical incident handling and clear communication
  • Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
  • English and Arabic a strong plus

Nice to have

  • Experience with monitoring tools
  • Scripting for automation
  • Exposure to DDoS mitigation
